WHCRWA’s annual Town Hall Meeting 2015

At the Authority’s annual Town Hall meeting, October 22nd, WHCRWA directors Bruce Parker, Larry Weppler and Eric Hansen shared the formal part of the presentation with an audience of about 100 guests before opening the floor to questions.

Guests entered through a simulated segment of 96” water pipe, the size of some future segments of the Authority’s transmission lines. Melinda Silva, Dannenbaum Engineering, demonstrates how much larger the “pipe” is than her reach.

Several displays and numerous maps were displayed around the meeting room. After the Q&A period, guests were invited to visit these areas for some up close and personal time with the Authority’s directors and consultants.

Guests couldn’t resist putting their fingers in the water to see if it was real. The faucet magically delivers a stream of water out of thin air.
