The West Harris County Regional Water Authority had specialized tunnel inspection throughout this whole project.
Getting the hole in the ground to install a 96-inch pipe or an 84-inch pipe is really specialized construction, so you need specialized inspection.
When we actually put the pipe in, we walk all of those lines internally to see if there are any issues and finish out the pipe before we fill it with water and test it.
We may not be back in those pipes for a long time.
