Notice of Withdrawal of Stage 1 Drought Conditions
WHCRWA Notice of withdrawal of Stage 1 of its Drought Contingency Plan. Stage 1 drought conditions have been lifted.

WHCRWA withdrew Stage 2 of its Drought Contingency Plan and reinitiated implementation of Stage 1 of its Drought Contingency Plan.
