After more than 20 years working with the Authority, Troy Anthony says the people have always been what kept him engaged. From dedicated board members to committed staff, he reflects on the culture of teamwork and quality that has helped make the Authority successful.

What has really kept me around is the people.
I just feel like we’ve always had the right people on the board. They’re not just residents who live in the area—they have skills that relate to what we’re doing.
To me, that’s the key. It’s been the most enjoyable part of my career. I call this a career at this point after 20 years of working with the West.
It’s been the people on the board, all the way down to the staff, who care about what they do and care about quality.
I’ll do anything for this client. I’m committed to it.
