I have a lot of pride in what we accomplished as a board.
The City of Houston water supply contract was, hands down, a big, big deal.
The other thing was being able—when I say “us,” it was really Cam Postel—to go out and secure that old NGL right-of-way easement that runs across town toward the Northeast Water Purification Plant and out toward Katy.
To do that for a couple of million dollars probably saved taxpayers at least $50 million.
It was a phenomenal move that added value then and continues to add value today.
