I’m Doug Harris. I’m an engineer with GFT, and I’ve been involved in the design and construction of the two pump stations, as well as the major stations and the interconnecting controls.
The builder says this is one of the largest unsupported domes in the country—and there are two of them. The site is planned to eventually include four domes for future capacity, looking ahead to 2035 and beyond.
